Terms of sale

The seller has the right to accept or reject the highest bid submitted. The decision to accept a bid will be made by the Technical Committee at the meeting where the decision proposal can be considered. The buyer undertakes to sign the deed of sale within one month of the Technical Committee's decision becoming legally valid. The seller's form of contract will be used for the sale. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to an account specified by the seller before signing the deed. At completion, the buyer undertakes to sign the ground lease agreement for plot 609-82-6-1.

Information provided by the seller

Property and zoning information are based on public authority registers and other confirmed documents. For the building, the year of commissioning is provided.

Building materials, floor area, floor plan, water and electricity connections.

Viewing the property

Bidders must inspect the property before making an offer.

Bidding

Bids must be placed in the huutokaupat.com service before the stated deadline.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs incurred in organising the failed auction in the amount of €500, or, if the seller accepts the next highest bid, the difference between the bids if it exceeds €500.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller's nominated bank account before the signing of the deed and present the receipt at the signing.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the building after signing the deed and paying the purchase price. The buyer will obtain the right to occupy the plot after signing the ground lease agreement.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the separately prepared ground lease agreement and the terms set out therein.

The seller is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings as stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale.
