The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Online auction bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer being liable for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increase system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The offer must be submitted no later than 18/02/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by e‑mail to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The Lahti office's customer service is open on weekdays 09:00–12:00 in the shared service facilities of the office building.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
