The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 21 January 2026 - 9 February 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 9 February 2026 at 15:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 February 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
