The item is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 12 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Online bids are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest auction bid. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after acceptance.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 09 February 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number.
