The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safe detachment, handling, packing and removal of the lot and for all related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration will be done using the auction data — bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days to weeks depending on other parties such as creditors or finance companies and whether checks are made on the buyer under anti-money laundering or sanctions rules. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
