The seller reserves the right to amend the listing to correct errors or to provide additional information before the auction ends and will endeavour to communicate changes where possible. The buyer is obliged to check the listing for changes before placing a bid.

Collection of items

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, the seller will charge a reasonable storage fee and any packing and transport costs incurred for items not collected within five consecutive working days from acceptance of the bid. If accumulated storage fees exceed the accepted bid, the seller may consider the sale cancelled and retain the paid purchase price as compensation. The item must be paid for before collection in accordance with Huutokaupat.com Nettihuutokauppa terms of use.

Transfer of ownership

Ownership transfers to the buyer only once the item has been collected in accordance with the terms of sale, or when it has been handed over for transport by the seller. In this respect the terms differ from the general Huutokaupat.com Nettihuutokauppa terms of use.

The receipt will be issued in the name used to place the bid.

By placing a bid the buyer agrees to the above terms.
