• The lot is sold in the condition and with the accessories shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in photos are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting, moving, packing and removing the lot and for related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction data — bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes are always transferred to the buyer. Auction approval can take days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and on whether checks related to money‑laundering laws and sanctions are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
