Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Bids may also be made in person at the auction by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property
The bidder must, before making an offer, familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on matters that would have been observable during pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price is made at the signing of the deed.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary acts related to the transaction.
