Seized property in Leppävirta, Leppävirta

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction hosted at www.huutokaupat.com between 19/01/2026 and 09/02/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 09/02/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff. The offer will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be submitted no later than 06/02/2026 at 12:00 to:

The written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the auction lot number in the online auction service to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, in principle, be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If a bidder has made a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is subject to enforcement measures and is sold by the bailiff in a free sale in accordance with the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code, as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and related actions or actions preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on appeals will be attached to the sales decision.
