The item is sold without any seller's warranty, and the buyer has no right to exchange or return.

Offers are binding. The buyer may, by agreement, inspect the item in advance.

For shares or real estate, a paid deposit is non-refundable if the purchase is cancelled by the buyer.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must safely disconnect equipment from electrical or water supplies at their own expense.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If the lot is not collected within one week, the bidder will pay storage charges as invoiced.

If purchased goods must be moved from rented premises to our warehouse after a week, we will charge the bidder the relocation costs.

The goods for sale do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
