The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is an element-built, quick and easy-to-install 15 m² (3,000 mm × 5,000 mm) treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a screwdriver/drill to fit the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×5 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast terrace solution to install. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic is stylishly simple in appearance; the decking is continuous with no end joints. The decking is made from a solid and sturdy 145 mm wide treated timber board. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; the terrace with low adjustable feet is supplied with a single run of edge boards. The version with high adjustable feet is supplied with two runs of edge boards.

The terrace is delivered as five ready-made elements measuring 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm each. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward — you only need a screwdriver/drill. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for minor unevenness at the installation site and small ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, depending on the feet used, is 266–306 mm with the low feet and 306–386 mm with the high feet from ground to top of the terrace. The delivery includes a ground fabric to prevent weed growth under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. The elements join together with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace does not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easy to extend and equip with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting additions later is straightforward.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and the screw connections use stainless-steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five-year frame warranty.

The won item can be collected from our factory at an agreed time or we can ship it to the buyer as freight, with the buyer responsible for unloading from the transport vehicle unless the product can be delivered as a tail-lift delivery (length under 2.4 m). NOTE! If collection is chosen, the pickup time must be agreed separately.
