NOTE! We can store it for a longer period if needed, so no rush for collection. We can also arrange groundwork and transport around Finland. Call for details.

The building is multifunctional thanks to the roomy lounge; it can be used to accommodate guests or for remote work. Suitable for many needs and locations — a cabin plot or the garden of a detached house, let your imagination decide! :)

• Fully electrified: includes sockets, ceiling light point, LED sauna lighting and exterior lighting.

• High-quality exterior door with lock.

• Three panoramic windows. Sauna ventilation window 590 × 590 mm.

• Paroc stone wool 120 mm in walls and roof; lounge has vapour barrier foil + 22 mm ventilation layer beneath cladding, sauna has aluminium foil + 22 mm ventilation layer beneath cladding.

• Floor insulation 70 mm FinFoam.

• External cladding 23 × 145 UTW, pre-painted black.

• Pax – fully automatic extractor fan with humidity sensor to dry the lounge after sauna use.

• Wooden floors in tongue-and-groove boards.

• L-shaped benches in thermally treated alder.

• Sauna interior panelling in stylish thermally treated pine.

• Lounge fitted with stylish Arvolista black interior panels.

• Installed Harvia Pro 20 stove with water tank and Jeremias chimney kit.

• Sauna floor has a 110 mm drainage channel outlet.

• External dimensions: 2.74 m × 7.54 m, height: 2.86 m.
