Owning a week means worry-free holidays. As a week owner you acquire a share in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club handles maintenance and cleaning and provides linens so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you can’t use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or hand over to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fee in 2026:

€180 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the costly renovation has been paid. Remaining balance €66.08 which the buyer will assume. The loan is repaid annually as a finance charge for a couple more years (finance charge in 2026 is €38.25 per year), after which the renovation will be fully paid.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 13/2026 (Sat 28 March 2026 – Sat 4 April 2026).

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00.

** The general meeting has approved a balcony renovation for 2026. The cost is not yet known, but it is intended to be financed from maintenance surplus. If the renovation falls on an owner’s week no maintenance fee will be charged. Owners who cannot use their week due to the renovation are also allowed to book one holiday apartment stay of up to 7 days at 50% off the daily price at a chosen Holiday Club destination subject to availability.
