Seized shares of Asunto Oy Vaasan Erätuuli, numbers 15041–15715, which entitle the holder to possession of a terraced house flat comprising 2 rooms + open‑plan kitchen + sauna, 67.5 m², at Erämiehenkatu 43 E 25, 65370 Vaasa. The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price. For the purposes of the transfer tax, the purchase price includes, in addition to the cash sum paid, any housing company loan shares and any charges or receivables that will transfer to the buyer. If there are multiple buyers, each buyer must submit their own transfer tax declaration and pay their share of the tax.
