Warranty:

If you find split or cracked tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid winning bid.
