The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3000 × 3000 mm) treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/drill to assemble the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x3 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast terrace solution to install. The prefab terrace matches the appearance and durability of a traditional, site-built terrace.

The Patio Classic is stylishly simple in appearance: the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from a solid and sturdy 145 mm wide treated timber board. The edging boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace supplied with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single edging board round, while a terrace with high adjustable feet is supplied with two edging board rounds.

The terrace is supplied as three ready elements, each 1000 mm × 3000 mm. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is straightforward — for assembly you only need a screwdriver/drill. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet accommodate small surface irregularities at the installation site and small height differences in the ground. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, depending on the feet used, is 266–306 mm with the low feet and 306–386 mm with the high feet, measured from ground level to the top surface of the terrace. The delivery includes an underlay fabric to prevent weed growth under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined together with screw connections. The joining method is strong and the terrace does not sag under even heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

The Patio prefab terrace can be easily extended and equipped, for example with railings. Patio prefab terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that equipment can be fitted easily afterwards.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-class treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and screw connections use stainless steel screws. The Patio prefab terrace carries a five-year frame warranty.

The auctioned item can be collected from our factory at an agreed time, or we can ship it to the buyer by freight. The buyer is responsible for unloading from the delivery vehicle, unless the product can be delivered with tail-lift unloading (length under 2.4 m).
