Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; you may also view additional products in our showroom, where we have thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

The item will be handed to the auction winner or to an authorised person with a power of attorney.

We charge a 10% fee of the purchase price for cancellation of a binding purchase or for an unpaid winning bid.
