The items for sale are sold without seller's warranty, and the buyer has no right to exchange or return.

Bids are binding. The buyer may, in accordance with the agreement, inspect the lot in advance.

For shares or real estate, any paid deposit is non‑refundable if the purchase is cancelled by the buyer.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always safely disconnect equipment from electricity or water supplies at their own expense.

Lots must be collected within one week of the auction ending unless the bidder is otherwise notified.

If not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees according to invoice.

If purchased item(s) must be moved from the rented premises to our warehouse after one week, we will charge the bidder for the transfer costs.

The sold goods do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
