The property is seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, applying where appropriate the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20% deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.

Conditions of sale:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Execution Code and the general auction conditions of the Execution Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. After the highest bid is accepted the buyer must immediately pay the purchase price or at least a 20% deposit to the Enforcement Authority's funds account. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority after an offer is accepted.
