Do not confuse this 1.6 L engine with Ford's notorious EcoBoost oil‑bath timing‑belt engine — this one does not have an oil‑soaked timing belt, so it does not have that engine's problems.

The rear seats can be configured in several ways and can be folded down, so you can carry larger items.

Winter tyres are new (driven for about 2 months). Summer tyres are more worn; both summer and winter tyres are on alloy wheels.

The engine has had Ford oils and filters changed regularly, annually.

Following Ford's guidance, the timing components can be driven for about 3 years / 90,000 kilometres before overhaul, so it won't be needed for a while.
