Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.


Terms of sale:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. After acceptance of the highest bid the buyer must immediately pay the purchase price.
