The item will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 9 Jan 2026 and 30 Jan 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction.
