Please note that a used item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or marks on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but may be slightly stiffer e.g. in an office chair. Often an older model or upholstery faded compared with new, but still functional – such a chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer in e.g. the office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed collection information will be sent by email to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be communicated separately.

After this we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
