The furniture is used. You are welcome to inspect the item if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The furniture is as good as new with no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. A sit-stand desk top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks clean and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. A sit-stand desk top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. in an office chair). Older models or upholstery faded compared with new but functional office chairs are usually classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. A sit-stand desk top may have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer in the office chair.

Items won must be collected within one week of the auction ending. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge €50 per day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
