The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that a piece in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is as good as new with no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and there may be marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be slightly stiffer, e.g. on an office chair. Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with a new item, but a working office chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or noticeably worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer, for example on an office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless otherwise agreed.
