• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from active use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you have several wins, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The winning bid does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction closes. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late collection fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day beyond the collection deadline.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item will return to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale that apply to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as seen", but the notifier is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the notifier does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
