The Municipality of Lieto is selling two (2) modular buildings that have served as secondary school teaching spaces.

The modules have a combined gross floor area of 385 m2 and currently contain a total of six (6) classrooms plus toilet and cleaning facilities, as shown on the attached floor plans.

The sale includes the modules and their building services (note the listed exceptions), together with any stairs and ramps immediately attached to the buildings and their foundations.

The sale does not include the following items on the site:

Air-source heat pumps and associated accessories,

Cameras and associated accessories,

Network equipment.

Any repair work required after removal of equipment or other installations is the buyer's responsibility.

Loose furniture is, as a rule, included in the sale. Exceptions: electrically adjustable desks in the classrooms (6 in total) and saddle chairs (7 in total).

The buyer is responsible for moving all items included in the sale.

Removal may be carried out no earlier than Sunday 31 May 2026 from 09:00, and the modules (and other items included in the sale) must be removed from the site by Monday 8 June 2026 at 06:00.

If the buyer has not completed removal by the stated time, they must pay the seller a penalty of €2,000 for each day or part-day that the site remains occupied. For penalty calculation, the day is considered to start at 06:00.

If removal is delayed by seven days so that the modules have not been removed by 06:00 on 15 June 2026, the seller will remove the modules in whatever manner they consider appropriate and charge all resulting costs to the buyer.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller accepts as highest.

Viewing the property

The modules are located at Opintie 1, 21420 Lieto and will be shown to all interested parties together on Tuesday 30 December 2025 from 13:00–14:30.

The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller which could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the purchase agreement will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price shall take place at the signing.

The purchase agreement may be signed once the Head of Technical Services of the Municipality of Lieto has made a decision to accept the offer and the appeal period has expired.

A decision on acceptance of offers will be made by 6 March 2026 and is subject to a three (3) week appeal period.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the agreed sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
