Foreclosure sale of a seized detached house in Iisalmi, Iisalmi

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 7 January 2026 and 27 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number concerned. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends to the Enforcement Authority’s Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio OR kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
