Please note that a furniture in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: Chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Fair: Chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. in a chair). Often an older model or faded from use, but functional.

• Poor: Chair upholstery is dirty or noticeably worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer (e.g. in a chair).

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent by email after the auction ends.
