Now this is a find!

A 2009 Gilera SMT came in part‑exchange, slightly spruced up and quite tampered with.

We did a few short test rides in the yard. It starts and runs OK. Gears work normally and the brakes function. At least a performance exhaust is fitted and there may be carburettor adjustments — it is not standard.

The previous owner said it currently does just under 60 km/h. That is the main issue regarding road use.

The standard headlight has been replaced with a small LED bar, which works. The rear/brake light does not work.

No service history available.

The tyres still have tread and felt normal to ride. It might benefit from being revved a bit more.

This example will need work to be standard or road‑legal. It is sold for repair, although it is rideable.

If you're looking for a practice moped or a vehicle for use on private land, this is a good option.

It starts and moves OK now, but no warranty is given and any present or future repairs are the buyer's responsibility.
