The deadline for submitting bids is 18 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

A written purchase offer may also be submitted for the lot by 14 January 2026 at 12:00. Further instructions are in the sales brochure.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Seized property

A seized property with buildings in Hollola is sold in an online auction. The property is sold by online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 14 January 2026 at 12:00 at the address: Ulosottolaitos, Lahden toimipaikka, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the lot in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.
