The item will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 10/12/2025 - 08/01/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 08/01/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price will result in the buyer's compensation liability under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer on the auction website, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the auction service's item number to which the offer pertains.
