Seized undeveloped property, Riihimäki

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 10 December 2025 and 7 January 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bid submission deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for damages under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 5 January 2025 at 13:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid was accepted and will provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
