If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — we have thousands of models on display.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

A compensation fee of 10% of the sale price will be charged for cancelling a binding sale or for a non-paid winning bid.
