Seized group of four properties, approx. 13.45 ha of arable land in Rääkkylä, Rääkkylä

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 12/12/2025 and 08/01/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 08/01/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will make a separate decision to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 07/01/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
