• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition, straight from use or storage. The seller has described and pictured the item for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents and paperwork, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each purchase has its own collection fee; if you have multiple purchases you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items from a bankruptcy estate: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may contain defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters relevant to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and MOT/inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection is on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for each day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be considered to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to refund. The item returns to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser guarantees that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not inform acceptance or rejection of the highest offer within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the offer will no longer bind the bidder.
