• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage and have been described by the seller for this listing. The item has not been inspected by a qualified assessor, so hidden defects may exist which were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, any property documents and relevant papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been found during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the public vehicle information service (Traficom). Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles sold may be tested, untested or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day overdue.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is considered to have abandoned their purchase without right to refund. The item returns to the seller’s control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
