• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, bidders are obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and papers relating to the item. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The items are not new, so faults and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: The sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchasing. Before buying, always verify any related matters such as vehicle taxes, machine condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction’s end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collections take place on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction’s end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to a refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control and may be re-sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the re-sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• the item is sold "as is" — the seller ensures that the information in the listing is correct
