• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items are taken from use or storage and have been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, the unit’s documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that would have been detectable during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick‑up and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own pick‑up fee; if you have several wins, the pick‑up fee must be paid for each. The pick‑up fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final. Check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction’s end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before bidding closes. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction’s end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller’s control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

And please note:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller guarantees that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction’s end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
