• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. As the items have not been inspected by a condition assessor, latent defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the items, the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of items The items originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account before bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

Please note that

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
