• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items come from active use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company’s documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller’s warranty, and there is no exchange or refund right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if there are multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “shipping methods and costs” section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always verify any matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes, if any, transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected or possibly tax-delinquent vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction’s end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer fails to collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (total €50.20) will be charged for each started day of delay.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction’s end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller’s control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s conditions before bidding.

Please note that

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or refund right

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction’s end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
