• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, bidders are obliged to inspect the item, company documents and related records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and no VAT will be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The items are not new so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check the items carefully before purchase. Please always check before purchase any related matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late collection fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each commenced day of overdue collection.

• Unclaimed goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the end of the auction, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller confirms that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
