• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items come directly from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the pickup fee for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom’s public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Pickup times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the auction. Pickup times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day beyond the pickup period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to a refund. The item will revert to the seller’s control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms before placing a bid.

Please note:

• inspect the item and the information given before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller assures that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
