• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are shown as provided by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor and may have hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must, before placing a bid, inspect the premises and relevant company documents and papers. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection status using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collections take place on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (total €50.20) per commenced day of delay will be charged.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned their purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser states that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
