The central vacuum system is designed to speed up and improve dust control on new-build and renovation sites. The unit consists of a powerful motor, a filter unit and an optimally sized pre-separator.

Strong central vacuum systems are industry leaders in the Nordics and are the most used central vacuum system in Finland.

The concept is that the system is installed permanently on site, for example in a stairwell, so it is always in a familiar place. Material to be vacuumed is conveyed to the lowest floor where it is collected into a Longopack® plastic sock. This reduces airborne dust and the user does not have to carry heavy sacks or vacuum units.

Motor unit

- The motor unit contains the suction motor and the control centre. The unit is powered by high-quality Ventur suction motors (11 kW).

- Motors are fitted with silencers to minimise operating noise.

- The control centre allows automatic start-up and automatic filter shaking.

Filter unit

- The filter unit contains seven bag filters and three HEPA filters (H13). Emptying is into a Longopack® plastic sock. Mechanical and automatic filter cleaning.

- While the suction unit is running, material collects in the container where the main filters separate coarse and fine dust. Fine dust (approx. 2%) continues to the HEPA filter, which captures all hazardous dust.

- When the suction unit stops, the dust collected in the container falls into the plastic sock.

- The automatic shaker starts when vacuuming is stopped.

Pre-separator

- The cyclone of the pre-separator is precisely sized for this system. Its separation efficiency is over 95%. Emptying is into a Longopack® plastic sock.

- Incoming debris collects in the cyclone and only a small fraction continues to the filter unit. This saves filters and extends continuous operating time.

- When the suction unit stops, the loss of vacuum opens the bottom flap and the debris falls into the plastic sock.
