The property will be sold by escalating bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 5 December 2025 and 7 January 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 7 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price will lead to purchaser compensation liability under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid on the auction website, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 5 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kuopio office at the address below.

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction service item number to which the offer relates.
