• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the item, relevant company documents and papers before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller’s warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is visible under "delivery methods and costs" on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin The items originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Pickup is on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be considered to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to refund. The item will return to the seller’s control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before placing an offer.

And please note:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct

• if the advertiser does not inform of acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
