• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from in-use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing; it has not been inspected by a condition expert, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and other records related to the lot before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each winning bid may incur its own collection fee; if there are multiple wins, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing an offer. The items are not new and defects or omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the bid closes. Pickup times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the deadline, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for each day beyond the collection deadline.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be considered to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
