• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged, before placing a bid, to inspect the item, and any company-related documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim a circumstance that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold by the seller without warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com's email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all potentially relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If any taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be either inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the time limit, a storage fee of 40 euros + VAT (50.20 €) will be charged per each commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods have not been collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have forfeited the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods will return to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information given before bidding

• bids are binding and the item has no exchange or return rights

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
