• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not visible at the time of listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, a collection fee applies to each lot. Collection fees are shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of items: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the auction. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late collection charge
  If the buyer does not collect items on time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day overdue.

• Unclaimed items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller’s control and may be re-sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the re-sale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction’s applicable auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• you should inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the seller confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
